Most of the jobs we get called into are already sold. The patio is drawn, the remodel is scoped, the pool is going in. What is missing is a licensed gas contractor to make the fire feature or the appliance real. That is the piece we take, and it is the piece that lets you say yes to a bigger scope.

We price our scope assuming your crew has already made the path, because your crew is on site with the equipment anyway. You open the floor, cut the drywall, or dig the trench on a landscape job. We arrive to a ready run, pipe it, and get out. Less time on site for us is a lower number on your invoice and room left in it for your margin.

You hold the contract with the homeowner. We work under you, invoice you, and stay off your client’s phone unless you put us on it.

We contract with the client directly for the gas scope. You stay on your own paper and keep our work off your books entirely.

- Nothing extra flowing through your books at tax time
- The homeowner pays us for our scope and you for yours
- You still hold the schedule and we work around your crew
- No liability carried for a trade you are not licensed in
- We credit the referral and keep you in the loop on our dates
From your first call to a closed permit.
Call or send plans
Send the plan set, a photo of the equipment pad, or just tell us what your client wants. We tell you quickly whether the existing gas supply can carry it.
Fixed quote
You get a written number for the gas scope, broken out so you can drop it into your own proposal or hand it to the homeowner as it stands.
You prep, we pipe
Your crew opens the path or digs the trench. We run the line, make the connections, and pressure test before anything gets covered.
Permit and startup
We carry the inspection through to sign-off, set and commission the appliance, and leave you a closed permit for the file.
