Gas inserts and wood stove conversions in Snoqualmie & North Bend.

We handle fireplace installation in Snoqualmie and North Bend, along with fire pit installation for covered patios that get used through a long, wet valley winter. From Snoqualmie Ridge to the older streets near downtown North Bend and out toward Riverbend, we set up gas fireplaces, inserts, and fire features on natural gas where it reaches and propane where it does not.

Gas fireplaces and inserts for homes under Mount Si.

Out here a fireplace is less about looks and more about heat on a cold, damp evening. Plenty of homes around North Bend still have a wood-burning fireplace or an old stove, and fireplace insert installation turns that opening into steady heat you run from a remote. On Snoqualmie Ridge, we often add direct vent units to newer homes that were built without one. If you would rather skip gas altogether, electric fireplace installation works well in basements and bonus rooms.

Fire pits that earn their keep under a covered patio.

Most outdoor living in the valley happens under a roof, so we plan fire tables and fire pits around covered patios, ceiling clearances, and a wind guard for breezy nights. Our fire pit installation covers the burner, the ignition, and the gas line from the house. A view of Mount Si or the river is worth building around, so we place the fire where it does not block it.

City or county permits, and maintenance all year.

Depending on the address, the permit goes through the City of Snoqualmie, the City of North Bend, or King County for homes outside city limits. We handle it either way. After the install, our gas fireplace maintenance keeps the pilot and burner clean before the cold sets in, and fire pit repair covers ignition parts that have taken on water. A new generator or range can tie into the same gas line installation.

Questions from Snoqualmie & North Bend homeowners.

Short answers to what people in Snoqualmie & North Bend ask us before the first visit.

Question 1 of 4

Do you work in Snoqualmie Ridge neighborhoods with an HOA?

Yes. If your HOA reviews exterior changes, we provide the product specs and a site sketch they ask for, and we wait for approval before we start on a fire pit or outdoor fireplace.

Question 2 of 4

Is natural gas available at my North Bend address?

It depends on the street. Natural gas reaches much of Snoqualmie and North Bend, but not every lot outside town. We check before quoting, and if gas is not available we can quote a propane version of the fireplace or fire pit.

Question 3 of 4

Will a gas insert keep the house warm if a storm knocks out power?

Many will. Inserts with a standing pilot or a battery backup run without house power, which matters in the valley during winter windstorms. We point out which models have that option when you choose.

Question 4 of 4

Can you replace my old wood stove with gas?

Yes. We remove the old stove and install a gas stove or insert, usually venting through the existing chimney with a new liner. It is a common upgrade in the valley.
